Title Reports

 

The Title Report is an uninsured synopsis of title which provides you with the name of the owner(s) of record as to a specific tract or parcel of land. This information is usually derived from the last deed recorded in the office of the County Clerk. Moreover, most information shown in the title report is subsequent to the last deed of record.

 

The report provides the legal description of the subject tract and any outstanding mortgages, liens, judgments or ad-valorem taxes relevant to the land and current owner(s).
